#1. Will you play longer than your contracted time?

Absolutely, overtime half hourly rates will be billed and we may be subject to venue scheduling requirements.

#3. What will you wear to our event?

We will always be dressed appropriately with consideration to your style, the venue, and the type of event that you are hosting.

#4. What time do you arrive to set up?

Nashville Mobile Party DJs sets up at least one hour prior to any performance. If your venue has special circumstances or access requirements, just let us know.

#5. Do you bring lights for the dance floor?

If your event goes into the evening or is in an enclosed area Nashville Mobile Party DJs can provide high energy dance floor lights. Our discrete Computer contolled intelligent lighting fixtures add great energy and color to your party. Larger lighting set ups can be arranged for an additional cost.

#6. How far will you travel?

Nashville Mobile Party DJs serves the greater Nashville, Smyrna/Lavergne and Murfreesboro areas. 
 Events over 100 miles round trip many require additional travel expenses.

#7. Do you require a meal at the event? 

As a general rule, we do not eat at our events.

#8. What kind of equipment do you use?

Nashville Mobile Party DJs party systems are based around professional brands like Peavey, Shure, Dennon and American DJ.  Nashville Mobile Party DJs  only uses state of the art audio systems as well as computer controlled intelligent dancefloor lighting systems.  All of our audio equipment is rack mounted in neat and clean professional carpeted cases.

#9. Do you allow requests at the events??

Absolutely. Some DJ’s and event services will not take requests during live events, but we are more than happy to do so.  Nashville Mobile Party DJs believes in extreme customer service and it is our goal to make you and your guests happy and entertained.

#10. Do I get a written contract for my event?

That is absolutely a big yes. You should never do business with a Disc Jockey service or anyone else, for that matter, that does not agree to give you a written contract with event info and a final price on it. Yes.  In order to help with our scheduling, Nashville Mobile Party DJs does require a $150.00 non refundable retainer upon contract signing. This is to hold your reservation and will ultimately be applied to the final billing.
